How do I process my return or exchange?

To initiate a return or an exchange, please contact Enervee/NY Customer Support via ny@care.enervee.com or +1 (888)  320-2806 Monday - Friday 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM EST.

You will have 15 days from the day you receive your appliance to initiate a return and the item must be received back to us within 14 days from the date of initiating a return.

**Please note orders are either partially or fully refunded dependent on the items returned.
